What you'll do

• Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other partners
• identify business opportunities and develop account strategies
• present services to referral sources and prospective clients
• maintain CRM records and follow up
• review sales results and account progress with leadership
• partner with operations managers to address partner needs and align growth with care capacity
• participate in community outreach, networking, and sales and marketing initiatives.
