The Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), Bilingual Spanish role is remote, providing telehealth services to patients across Florida. Compensation is $30–$35 per hour. POD Health’s virtual clinic provides personalized care and remote support for chronic care management, post-discharge recovery, and day-to-day health needs. The RDN conducts virtual nutrition assessments, develops individualized care plans, and provides counseling and follow-up to patients managing chronic conditions, digestive health, weight concerns, and general wellness. The role contributes to coordinated, accessible care by collaborating with the multidisciplinary team, educating patients and families, and supporting care quality and patient satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive virtual nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans
• deliver one-on-one counseling and follow-ups using HIPAA-compliant telehealth tools
• document encounters in the EHR
• collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and care coordinators
• educate patients and families on dietary strategies and supplement use
• stay current on evidence-based practices and telehealth standards
• contribute to patient satisfaction and quality improvement
• design and lead community-based nutrition education workshops.

Why this role

Requires Spanish fluency, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration, and Florida Certified Dietitian-Nutritionist license. At least one year of clinical or outpatient nutrition experience is required.
