What you'll do

• Give property tours, answer inquiries, and promote community amenities
• guide prospects through applications
• process applications, background checks, and lease agreements
• coordinate apartment inspections and move-in readiness
• address resident concerns and lease renewals
• maintain resident records
• respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries
• monitor market trends and competitor properties
• support community events and resident engagement.
