What you'll do

• Ensure guest service standards in the dining room and bar
• build guest relationships and resolve concerns
• support recruiting, training, scheduling, and employee development
• lead pre-shift meetings
• assist with daily front- and back-of-house operations
• monitor inventory, labor, and food and beverage costs
• support P&L reviews
• ensure compliance with policies and safety standards
• partner with the general manager and ownership on budgets, marketing, and business initiatives.
