What you'll do

• Welcome clients and visitors
• track lobby client and patient status
• create accurate patient charts
• process deposits, payments, and other financial transactions
• complete front-desk opening and closing routines
• route emails, faxes, and radiographs
• schedule appointments
• support clients during euthanasia and arrange final-care options
• coordinate prescription refills after doctor approval
• document client conversations
• maintain organized front desk, exam rooms, and lobby.
