What you'll do

• Handle construction and surety matters involving litigation in state and federal courts, counseling, dispute resolution, and contract drafting and negotiation
• assist with construction disputes, mechanics’ liens, and construction documents as applicable
• and collaborate with attorneys, consultants, team members, and clients.
