What you'll do

• Assist the Lifestyle Director with activities, games, crafts, and special events
• handle reservations for onsite amenities and non-motorized watercraft
• distribute equipment and games
• arrange pool chairs, loungers, and umbrellas
• enforce association policies while providing customer care
• fold pool towels and maintain cleanliness
• prepare sites for reservations
• host weekly activities
• resolve customer service concerns.
