What you'll do

• Serve as shift supervisor and clinical liaison
• mentor, coach, and evaluate staff
• assist with hiring, orientation, performance monitoring, staffing, assignments, and payroll
• support daily operations and urgent or emergent care
• participate in quality metrics, improvement activities, and evidence-based practice
• rotate to off shifts as staffing needs require.
