What you'll do

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop Store Leaders and their teams
• provide performance feedback and support succession planning. Drive operational standards through store visits, audits, coaching, and action plans. Use KPIs and operational data to monitor performance, manage budgets, labor, and inventory, and support profitability. Lead district financial planning and reviews, communicate company priorities, and oversee customer feedback and complaint follow-up. Travel regularly between stores and be available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Why this role
