What you'll do

• Assemble payroll packages by client number
• operate mail, shipping, printing, and sealing equipment
• inspect, sort, and package payroll checks
• post mail and overnight labels to schedules
• complete package confirmations and checklists
• follow security and audit procedures
• record and escalate missing or incorrect output
• stage packaging supplies and load paper stock
• process and print across multiple platforms
• coordinate computer processing jobs and monitor completion.
