Regional Nurse Consultant, South Dakota

What you'll do

• Conduct onsite facility visits and assess clinical operations
• prepare for and support regulatory surveys
• develop and monitor Plans of Correction and Performance Improvement Plans
• analyze quality measures and survey trends
• mentor Directors of Nursing and clinical leaders
• review documentation and policies
• assist with reportable-event investigations
• support QAPI initiatives and clinical problem-solving
• travel throughout the division.
