Hospice Clinical Manager

The Hospice Clinical Manager role is onsite in Alexandria, VA, with pay of $50–$52 per hour. The manager provides clinical and operational leadership to the hospice team, supporting coordinated, compliant, and high-quality care for patients and families. The role oversees staff, care coordination, quality, training, documentation, and program improvement, and rotates as Administrator on Call.

What you'll do

• Oversee and manage clinical team members, including hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, and ongoing support
• communicate with patients and families about care plans and services
• coordinate care plans and interdisciplinary case conferences
• rotate as Administrator on Call
• monitor compliance and quality, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions
• identify staff education needs
• manage performance
• ensure accurate and timely patient documentation
• participate in quality improvement and program development.
