What you'll do

• Provide guest service and product recommendations
• process purchases and returns through the point-of-sale system
• answer guest questions in person and by phone
• promote reservations and Pro Rewards
• maintain clean, organized, and merchandised store areas
• complete daily omnichannel orders
• support inventory control, stocking, counts, and loss prevention
• assist with transaction reconciliation and bank deposits
• support store management in meeting sales, profit, and shrink goals
• supervise and delegate tasks to Sales Associates in management’s absence
• follow opening and closing procedures.
