What you'll do

• Review and proofread completed enrollment applications
• scan approved applications into the CIS e-Folder database
• follow up with applicants about missing data and with Job Corps staff about application reviews
• track folders through admission
• follow up with students upon arrival
• consolidate Admission Counselor reports
• perform data entry, spreadsheet management, and proofreading
• maintain outreach calendars
• assist with outreach events and ordering materials as needed
• complete weekly and monthly reports and required training.
