What you'll do

• Perform routine building upkeep and maintain lighting, electrical fixtures, minor plumbing, and other building components
• support HVAC and compressed-air systems
• manage chemical reagent and waste handling
• coordinate contractors
• and assist with facility improvements and preventive maintenance. Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, calibration, and validation of laboratory and production equipment
• support equipment installation and qualification
• document work and follow cGMP, ISO, safety, and environmental requirements.
