What you'll do

• Support opening preparations, including staffing, inventory, equipment setup and testing, scheduling, and training
• help with opening and closing procedures
• capture photos and assist guests with souvenir selections
• address customer concerns
• troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
• assist with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and administrative tasks.
