Retail Associate

The Retail Associate position is onsite at the Burton, MI store, with pay of $15 per hour. The associate supports store operations by serving customers and donors and completing assigned cashier, merchandise processing, rack-running, donation, or custodial tasks. These activities help maintain store service and sales while supporting Goodwill’s programs and reuse efforts.

What you'll do

• Help maximize store sales and profit
• provide prompt, courteous customer and donor service
• perform assigned cashier, merchandise processing, rack-running, retail donation attendant, or retail custodian tasks
• receive, process, price, and display merchandise
• assist donors and maintain donation records and areas
• help load and unload trucks
• maintain cleanliness of sales areas and other assigned spaces
• follow safety procedures and use required work gloves.
