What you'll do

• Stock and set up kitchen stations
• clean, cut, and cook ingredients for appetizers, snacks, main dishes, and desserts
• plate food under the Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager’s guidance
• coordinate with servers to complete orders promptly and according to guest requests
• clean and store utensils and equipment
• follow food safety and hygiene procedures
• record refrigerator and line temperatures daily
• clean kitchen equipment daily
• put away food orders as needed
• cross-train in prep cooking and assume those responsibilities as business needs require.
