What you'll do
- Maintain client data and case notes
- identify and share community and behavioral health resources
- coordinate with staff and external providers
- manage confidential documents
- coordinate in-kind donations and inventory
- provide backup support to residential staff, including transportation and medication procedure compliance
- assist with medication monitoring and safety plans under supervision
- schedule wellness programming
- assist with drug and alcohol testing
- transport clients to relevant appointments.
