General Accountant

What you'll do

• Reconcile sub-ledger and general ledger balances
• prepare financial statements and maintain fixed-asset schedules
• enter vendor invoices and other transactions in QuickBooks Online
• coordinate year-end audit reporting with audit professionals
• prepare monthly bank and credit-card reconciliations
• prepare and submit monthly billings for services
• look for ways to improve existing procedures.
