What you'll do

• Lead and oversee weekend nursing operations
• ensure resident care follows individualized plans
• supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• perform assessments and assist with medications, treatments, and documentation as needed
• monitor changes in resident condition
• communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team
• assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination
• ensure regulatory and facility-policy compliance.
