Leasing Agent

Job overview

The Leasing Agent role is onsite in Oklahoma City, OK, with hourly pay of $16–$18. CSC Management operates multifamily properties and is seeking a leasing team member to support marketing and leasing at a new acquisition. The agent welcomes prospective residents, presents apartments, conducts follow-up, and completes applications and lease paperwork. The role also supports property marketing, resident communication, office organization, and coordination with the property manager and service vendors.

What you'll do

• Maintain a professional leasing office and organized work area
• inspect model units and vacancies
• answer incoming calls
• greet prospective residents, assess needs, and present apartments
• monitor local market conditions and contribute marketing ideas
• perform outreach marketing
• complete lease applications, verifications, and paperwork
• accept rent and deposits according to stated procedures
• follow up with prospects
• enter traffic information
• inspect the property and report service needs
• inventory office supplies
• organize reports and files
• attend meetings
• document resident communications
• assist with reports and market surveys
• accompany vendors on service calls when necessary.
