The Carpenter / Handyman – Restoration and Reconstruction role is onsite in Yorktown, VA, with work at assigned properties throughout the Tidewater area. Compensation is $23–$25 per hour, dependent on skills and experience. The role supports ServiceMaster Premier Restoration’s work restoring property after water and fire damage.

What you'll do

• Complete carpentry and repair work at assigned properties, including drywall, painting, finish trim, cabinet installation, demolition, framing, doors, windows, baseboards, and crown molding
• perform light plumbing and electrical work
• detach and reset appliances
• complete punch-list work
• and follow safety protocols.
