Estate Grounds and Horticulture Technician

The Estate Grounds and Horticulture Technician works onsite in Las Vegas, NV, on a full-time schedule Monday through Friday. Compensation is not specified. The role supports the Facilities department and the care of the Principal’s residential properties. This position maintains the health, appearance, and functionality of estate landscapes and outdoor areas. Through horticultural care, irrigation monitoring, groundskeeping, and proactive property maintenance, the technician helps preserve the properties’ presentation and condition.

What you'll do

• Care for plants, ornamental gardens, lawns, trees, and shrubs through planting, pruning, fertilizing, mulching, weeding, and seasonal maintenance
• monitor plant health and take appropriate corrective or preventative action
• troubleshoot and repair basic irrigation issues
• maintain pathways, patios, outdoor spaces, and landscape features
• operate and maintain landscaping equipment
• power wash exterior surfaces
• organize outdoor furnishings and work areas
• assist with supplies, records, and coordination with contractors and service providers.
