The role helps maintain safe, sanitary operations while assisting with training, administrative tasks, and guest concerns.

What you'll do

• Direct and supervise hourly team members
• support task completion and food safety, sanitation, and security procedures
• train team members
• monitor equipment and facility needs
• conduct register and safe audits and account for funds
• respond to guest complaints
• attend meetings and training
• and monitor restaurant cleanliness.
