The Team Lead — Habitat ReStore, Williston role is onsite in Williston, VT. Compensation is $19 per hour. Green Mountain Habitat for Humanity’s ReStore proceeds fund permanently affordable housing for families and individuals in Northwestern Vermont. The team lead coordinates donation and warehouse operations, supervises and trains associates and volunteers, and helps maintain an organized, safe store. The role also supports customer service, store opening and closing, and the movement and pricing of donated goods so the ReStore can serve customers and advance its housing mission.

What you'll do

• Coordinate with store leaders on donation needs
• unload donated items and approve or deny donations
• maintain shipping-container inventory and organize products
• supervise donation sorting, pricing, and cleaning
• communicate department needs to the Procurement Manager
• train staff and volunteers
• use a forklift for clothing bales and perform safety checks when needed
• complete opening and closing procedures and cash-drawer reconciliation
• assign tasks and respond to staff requests
• support customer transactions and keep warehouse and yard areas organized.
