What you'll do

• Directs and coordinates the work of lower grade operators.
• Ensures proper operation of all nuclear power plant equipment within technical specifications and operating procedures.
• May assume duties of Nuclear Control Operator during core alterations, fuel movement, license requirements, and plant emergencies.
• Special duties include directing work of lower grade operators, coordinating personnel activities, and staying current with technological advances.

What we're looking for

Education

High school diploma or equivalency certificate

Experience

Two years operating experience in a thermal power plant, with at least one year as a NCO or equivalent.
