Regional Sales Director

What you'll do

• Partner with the VP of Sales on regional strategy
• lead, coach, and develop five Regional Sales Managers
• manage KPIs, pipeline, activity metrics, performance reviews, business plans, budgets, territories, and lead distribution
• participate in key sales opportunities and maintain executive customer relationships
• recruit and develop sales talent
• analyze sales performance
• approve pricing and customer credits within authority guidelines.
