IT Security and Security Operations Center Operations Lead

The IT Security and Security Operations Center Operations Lead role is onsite in Miami, FL, five days per week; compensation is not specified. The position supports enterprise security operations in a multi-unit retail or restaurant environment subject to PCI-DSS and SOX requirements. The lead administers cybersecurity platforms, identity and access controls, monitoring, integrations, and vendor relationships. The role also monitors and triages security events and coordinates compliance reporting and annual PCI-DSS revalidation.

What you'll do

• Administer Okta and Microsoft Entra ID/Active Directory, identity controls, MFA exceptions, and SAML access
• own privileged access management and security platforms including CrowdStrike, Proofpoint, and Varonis
• manage configurations, integrations, policies, detection rules, workflows, upgrades, licensing, and vendor support
• coordinate PCI-DSS annual revalidation and weekly SOX log reporting
• monitor and triage security alerts and events.
