Territory Manager, Wound Care Sales

The Territory Manager, Wound Care Sales role is based onsite in Sacramento, California, with travel of 25% and periods of up to 50%. Starting base salary is $90,000 annually, plus bonus potential. Medaxis works to simplify continuity of care and advance wound therapy. The manager grows healthcare accounts by increasing product utilization, strengthening customer relationships, supporting account onboarding and education, and identifying expansion opportunities. The role coordinates with clinical and commercial colleagues to support adoption of wound-care products and territory performance.

What you'll do

• Grow revenue, product utilization, retention, and account penetration
• support patient starts and adoption of negative pressure wound therapy products
• maintain customer relationships
• assist account conversions through onboarding, education, and follow-up
• coordinate product education with clinical colleagues
• identify account expansion and new-business opportunities
• maintain CRM activity, account plans, forecasts, and follow-ups
• collaborate across sales, clinical, customer service, and channel teams
• meet credentialing and compliance requirements.
