• Lead daily operations and clinical oversight across assigned surgical and procedural units
• ensure compliance with nursing standards, evidence-based practices, and organizational policies
• manage workflow, patient throughput, and resources
• recruit, onboard, mentor, and evaluate staff
• oversee operating and capital budgets and productivity metrics
• maintain regulatory readiness
• drive quality, patient safety, and infection control initiatives
• partner with surgical and anesthesia staff on physician relations and perioperative care coordination.

Why this role

Requires a BSN, active and unencumbered RN license or eligibility for state licensure upon hire, current AHA BLS, at least one year of recent first-line nursing management experience, and three years of acute-care nursing experience. MSN/MHA/MBA, five or more years of OR or perioperative experience, and CNOR or nurse executive certification are preferred.
