What you'll do

• Assist the Food Service Director with planning, organizing, developing, and directing dietary operations
• train and supervise production and kitchen personnel
• prepare and portion food
• wrap, label, and date prepared items
• receive, store, and rotate supplies
• prepare meals according to planned menus
• check food storage areas for proper rotation
• perform assigned sanitation duties in kitchen and dining areas.
