What you'll do

• Run front-of-house and bar operations across trading periods
• deputize for the Pavilion F&B Senior Manager
• lead service during peak periods
• oversee guest experience and complaint recovery
• supervise, coach, and develop the front-of-house team
• manage rotas, breaks, and labor deployment
• uphold operating procedures and brand standards
• drive sales targets
• control cash, point-of-sale, stock, and beverage costs
• support reporting, forecasting, and stock ordering
• lead food and beverage hospitality for VIP and protocol events
• coordinate with Expo, State Department, protocol, and security teams
• maintain confidentiality of guest and event details.
