Timely reporting, financial tracking, and closeout oversight help project teams improve accountability and deliver projects consistently.

What you'll do

• Verify new projects are populated in Procore and required budgets, contracts, schedules, drawings, and documents are accurate
• monitor RFIs, submittals, change events, commitments, and action items
• coordinate follow-up on overdue items
• prepare weekly project health reports and portfolio dashboards
• track financial, schedule, documentation, and workflow performance
• coordinate budget and accounting reconciliations
• monitor closeout requirements
• and recommend improvements to Procore use and project processes.
