What you'll do

• Enter and update dental insurance plan details in practice management software
• retrieve coverage information from insurance portals and format it for dental practices
• communicate with clients by phone, email, and shared dashboard
• answer questions and flag issues
• handle verification-related tasks as needed
• protect confidential information and comply with HIPAA expectations.
