What you'll do

• Collect used dishes, plates, and utensils
• load and unload dishwashing machines
• hand-wash designated items
• store clean kitchenware and equipment appropriately
• maintain adequate clean supplies during peak hours
• monitor cleaning-supply stock and notify a supervisor when needed
• report dishwasher performance issues
• remove garbage
• sanitize kitchen floors, walls, doors, and handles.
