What you'll do

• Represent clients in workers’ compensation, industrial insurance, OSHA, subrogation, subsequent injury, and related matters

• draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and case documents
• conduct legal research
• develop case strategy with senior attorneys
• maintain case files
• communicate with clients
• manage deadlines and billing expectations.
