What you'll do

• Engage clients and pursue monthly sales targets
• explain product features, quality, prices, and care
• meet assigned sales and KPI targets
• maintain client relationships through CRM and outreach
• execute visual merchandising directives
• receive merchandise, prepare transfers, fill client orders, and complete cycle counts
• maintain cash records and daily reports
• perform opening and closing procedures
• follow safety and company policies
• safeguard property and enforce loss prevention.
