What you'll do

• Process loan servicing transactions and account maintenance
• resolve non-routine issues
• respond to customer inquiries about account activity, escrow, adjustable-rate changes, payoffs, and delinquency
• monitor payment activity and suspense balances
• research discrepancies
• audit, post, and reconcile funds
• maintain loan system data and records
• prepare portfolio reports
• support audits, compliance, and examinations. Collection and loss-mitigation activities may be performed.
