What you'll do

• Serve as the front desk contact for patient walk-ins requesting records
• provide phone support to patients, providers, and authorized requestors
• process Release of Information requests
• fax, scan, and manage records requests
• share medical images as required
• support client communications, reporting, data entry, and email
• follow HIPAA, privacy regulations, and facility policies.
