What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and regular inspections
• troubleshoot appliance, cable and Wi-Fi, basic HVAC, light plumbing and electrical, and basic pool issues
• prepare inspection scopes of work and log future maintenance
• maintain property equipment and systems catalogs
• create preventive maintenance work orders and schedules
• travel between homes as needed.
