What you'll do
- Assist with dietary functions under facility policies and applicable standards
- review menu extensions
- help prepare and serve meals and snacks according to schedules, recipes, special diet orders, and portion-control procedures
- arrange diet cards and load trays
- deliver food carts and remove trays
- wash dishes and utensils
- maintain clean, sanitary work and storage areas
- report incidents and hazards.
