What you'll do

• Greet and assist walk-in and valet drive-up customers
• handle customer phone and in-person interactions
• consult with customers about cleaning, stain, and finishing needs. Examine garments for items needing hand spotting or stain treatment
• mark in orders, classify and tag garments, and enter order information into the computerized register. Maintain cash-drawer accuracy, follow new-customer protocols, and attend company training.
