The In-Home Caregiver — Weekend Shifts role is onsite in Surprise, AZ, providing care in clients’ homes. Pay is $17–$20 per hour. Blue Rose Legacy Home Care provides companion care and assistance with activities of daily living. The caregiver helps clients with daily needs, safety, companionship, and appointments while monitoring and reporting changes in condition or behavior. This support helps clients receive practical assistance and maintain meaningful engagement in their daily routines.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing
• support safe transfers and mobility to help prevent falls
• provide medication reminders
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• plan and prepare meals according to dietary needs and restrictions
• escort clients to appointments, social outings, and recreational activities
• provide companionship
• monitor and report changes in client condition or behavior
• protect confidentiality and follow HIPAA regulations.
