Recovery Engagement Coordinator

The Recovery Engagement Coordinator role is onsite in New York, NY, with a full-time schedule and pay of $25–$30 per hour. What you'll do

• Build trusting relationships with assisted living residents
• explain the program and encourage enrollment and service participation
• motivate residents to attend clinician appointments and engage with peer staff
• conduct outreach and follow-up
• identify residents who may benefit and connect them with team members
• collaborate with clinicians, peer advocates, facility staff, and leadership
• track outreach, interest, and enrollment
• document interactions and referrals.
