The Security Officer role is onsite in Charlotte, NC, with pay of $19 per hour. The schedule is Thursday through Monday, 11 p.m.–7 a.m. EKG Security provides customized security services and describes its mission as serving clients, employees, and communities. The officer helps maintain a safe and welcoming residential community by monitoring access, patrolling the property, documenting activity, and responding appropriately to incidents and emergencies. The position is unarmed and includes courteous assistance to residents, visitors, and vendors.

What you'll do

• Monitor and control community entrance and exit access
• verify resident and visitor access
• conduct foot or vehicle patrols
• observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, accidents, and incidents
• complete activity logs and incident reports
• follow site procedures
• respond to emergencies and notify appropriate personnel
• assist residents, guests, and vendors
• and complete required site training.

Why this role
