Part-Time Behavior Therapist — Pennington

What you'll do

• Provide individualized ABA therapy
• use behavior-teaching, communication, and reinforcement procedures
• attend scheduled sessions and clinics
• complete daily data collection and session notes
• implement client behavior intervention or treatment plans
• assist the BCBA with skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction strategies
• communicate daily routines, expectations, and observed incidents to parents
• update the BCBA on progress, materials, and program needs
• maintain communication with the BCBA and other therapists
• attend required meetings and training
• complete incident reports as needed
• maintain student confidentiality and report suspected abuse to a supervisor.
