What you'll do

• Manage daily pharmacy workflow, production quotas, and deadlines
• ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, DEA requirements, payer regulations, and company policies
• supervise pharmacy production staff
• verify medication orders, labels, packaging, and dispensing
• prepare or oversee sterile IV medications and other pharmacy products
• manage controlled-substance ordering, receiving, storage, and records
• maintain Schedule II inventory records
• follow HIPAA and confidentiality requirements
• participate in on-call rotations
• provide feedback and support employee development.
