The professional reinforces clients’ therapeutic treatment plans through guidance in daily living and scheduled therapeutic activities. The role contributes to client safety and treatment goals through supportive interactions, documentation, teamwork, and coordination with families and staff.

What you'll do

• Support clients in following daily schedules, including therapy and appointments
• encourage personal hygiene and clean living spaces
• model respect, empathy, and professionalism
• adapt interactions to clients’ treatment phases
• use therapeutic techniques within boundaries and document interventions
• report safety concerns to supervisors
• lead or assist group sessions and help develop behavior plans
• attend staff meetings
• support safety during off-site activities
• maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
• collaborate with families
• welcome clients and assist with clerical tasks.

Why this role

Part-time, 20 hours per week, or full-time, 40 hours per week. A commute stipend of up to $400 biweekly is available for employees driving 45 or more miles one way. Candidates must meet Minnesota Mental Health Practitioner criteria and be at least 21; a valid driver’s license and background check are required.
