Customer Service Representative / Shipping Clerk

What you'll do

• Manage inbound and outbound shipments
• audit shipments and verify inventory
• enter and maintain data
• track shipment status
• communicate with customers, vendors, drivers, and coworkers
• answer phones and resolve or follow up on customer issues
• assign inbound trucks to dock doors
• maintain files and call logs
• support shipping and receiving
• provide new-employee training as needed
• follow safety procedures.
